Our
aims, since the start, are the simplest and yet curiously the
most difficult : to breed not only for the whole dog, good
looking,
biddable, in perfect health, intelligent and capable of doing
the job for which the Labrador was initially "designed" -
as a shooting companion or in Field-trials but also in all
the
walks of life to which our dogs are called to be an
auxiliary to man.
Not
one excellent dog out of ten but ten really good dogs. To breed,
one day, THE PERFECT LABRADOR and whisper to ourselves in the end
that we have done our bit to maintain and improve the breed. Quite
simply. |
